Get The Facts: Alzheimer's Disease and Related Documents

Currently, more than 20,000 Manitobans have Alzheimer’s disease or another dementia. This number is expected to grow to 34,000 by 2038.
Through collaboration between Manitoba Blue Cross and the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba this workshop will provide information on:

• Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias
• The ten warning signs of Alzheimer’s disease
• The importance of an early diagnosis
• What you can do to reduce your risk!

Participants in this workshop will be encouraged to take action if they or someone they know are exhibiting the warning signs of dementia. Participants will also learn about the programs and services offered by the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba.
