Appreciating Differing Workstyles

The challenges faced in the workplace have become increasingly complex, requiring that we engage and interact frequently and effectively at an intellectual level.  Given this reality, our individual work styles become evident and we often risk coming into conflict with each other.  In order to manage this potential problem, we are well served to understand:

  • What we mean by different work styles
  • Why different styles are critical
  • The advantages of variation in styles
  • The importance of a respectful workplace

Participants will learn about the many ways in which we work, and will gain a better understanding of how to effectively interact with others in the workplace.
