Celebrating innovation
Congratulations to two projects the Province of Manitoba recently celebrated for innovation: assigning a nurse to improve patient flow in the emergency department at St. Boniface Hospital and introducing hospital home teams in Winnipeg to better manage vulnerable patients and support them in living at home.
