In April of this year, for the first time, every program and site across the region received a visit from a team of over 25 surveyors. While they identified some areas in which we need to continue our efforts towards improvement, they saw and heard many things from staff, including nurses, who clearly demonstrated our collective commitment to quality care. I know that preparing for and participating in the survey were no small tasks and I want to thank you all for making it a success.
