We provide developmental opportunities for staff working across the Winnipeg Health Region, in hospitals, community-based health services, personal care homes and clinics.

We understand the challenges faced by staff working in the health care environment. We offer a variety of services to expand and sharpen the knowledge and practical skills of health care staff, and to enhance the effectiveness of teams in the workplace.

Organization and Staff Development’s mission is to build capacity and coordinate services in the area of leadership and development to enhance a positive work environment, promote regional integration, provide educational opportunities, improve employee engagement, and build sustainability in the workforce, ultimately impacting a positive health care experience for all – the public and our workforce.
