Use of Cognition  FAQs and Tools on Occupational Therapy Intranet Site Survey

The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority (WRHA) Occupational Therapy Cognition workgroup developed Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) to assist with practice dilemmas and further evidenced informed practice.  Please take a couple of minutes to complete this very short survey.  Your responses will help us determine the utility of the FAQs to therapists.  This survey should take you less than 10 minutes.

With thanks,

OT Cognition Working Group
