MH has developed a reminder letter for parents/guardians of girls who missed the vaccine in Grade 6. Letters were sent the week of January 21st-25th, 2013. The following criteria was used to determine which parents/guardians will receive a letter:
  • All girls born in 1997 to ≤ 2000 who have had 0, 1 or 2 doses of HPV vaccine (excluding parents who indicated in MIMS, “do not contact”)
