Survey 2013 Highlights

By the numbers:

41 per cent of staff completed the survey
26,024 surveys were sent out
10,195 surveys were completed

54 per cent of staff are engaged - Engaged staff are passionate and connected to the organization they work for. They are the people who help drive creativity, innovation and progress.

24 per cent of staff are passive - These staff are sleepwalking through their workday. They show up, they put in their time but they're just not that into their work.

21 per cent of staff are disengaged - It's one thing to be unhappy at work but disengaged staff often act out their unhappiness at work by undermining what their engaged coworkers are working to accomplish.
