Of the 640 managers who responded, 226 felt supported by the organization and 86 per cent of them reported being engaged. Sixty said they didn't feel supported and of that group, only 15 per cent reported being engaged.

Of the 10,124 employees who responded, 4943 believed their managers to be effective - of that group, 76 per cent reported being engaged themselves. At the other end of the spectrum, of the 1490 who believe their managers are ineffective, only 15 per cent of them report being engaged.
