The 2024 Employee & Physician Opinion Survey is your opportunity to provide valuable feedback on your work experience, leadership, and team dynamics. This year’s survey covers various aspects of your work, teams, leadership, and overall experience with the WRHA. For those in direct patient care, there are additional questions on patient care and safety.

Participation is anonymous and confidential.

In early 2025, a summary of the survey results will be shared with staff.

Here’s what you need to know:

Survey Dates: November 4 – 30, 2024

Eligibility: Open to all employees and physicians working in WRHA devolved and non-devolved sites.

Accessing the Survey:

Via email link from Metrics@Work.ca on November 4, 2024.
Make sure you are logged into the network and have completed the multi-factor authentication (MFA) enrollment to be able to access the survey.
You may use personal or work devices to complete the survey.
