Vulnerable Persons Unit

Program Features:

• provide follow-up visits, usually from frontline police-officer’s reports
• take referrals for cases that are non-criminal and involve individuals 18+
• partnership between Police Services and Community Services departments

• older adults living with mental illness, dementia, hoarding, financial abuse
