Program Features:

• expertise in the care & treatment of HIV, Hepatitis C, and other STIs
• delivers comprehensive primary care, social support, education, and prevention services
• services include clinical services, health promotion, services for those living with HIV, community education, harm reduction

Team Involved:

• OT, SW, Dietician, Pharmacist, Nurses

• individuals 13+ who live in Winnipeg and meet one or more of the following criteria:
  • belong to a population that tends to have higher rates of HIV infection
  • have a history of substance use disorder
  • are at risk for having poor health outcomes
  • live in the Downtown-Point Douglas area of Winnipeg
