Accountability-based Support for Managers and Supervisors

"Strategic Coaching" is a one-day workshop that will be of interest to managers and/or those with line responsibility in the organization who are responsible for guiding, motivating, supporting and recognizing staff. Going beyond communication techniques and skills, Strategic Coaching is a real-time, real life working session where managers implement practical systems for coaching and developing staff. Beginning with an accurate diagnosis of a real life situation, managers determine a leadership strategy to get employee input and ownership to resolve ongoing performance problems. Managers leave this one-day program with a completed Coaching Plan for one of their most challenging employees, as well as a complete diagnosis for the rest of their direct reports.
