How to Report an Injury / Near Miss
If you have sustained a work-related injury or near miss, please advise your manager and report your injury by using the Online INM Form or by calling the Service Desk at 204-940-8500. All employees are welcome to use either method of reporting.

| Who can report an Injury / Near Miss: Employees: • All Winnipeg Regional Health Authority employees • All Shared Health Employees working within Winnipeg or other Regional Health Authorities • All Shared Health Emergency Response Services employees • The Provincial Travel Nurse Team • Shared Health Diagnostic Imaging employees within Winnipeg • This includes Physicians, Students and Volunteers.
