Hiring Information for Supervisors & Managers

NEW FRENCH-LANGUAGE PROCIENCY ASSESSMENT TOOL

The Manitoba Health System will begin using a centralized process for French-language proficiency assessments, leveraging innovative AI technology to evaluate bilingual candidates efficiently and accurately.

Under the previous system, each Health Authority performed their own assessments. This new centralized system will help standardize assessments across Manitoba’s health care sector, ensuring fair and consistent evaluations. Managed by Shared Health–Soins communs’ Francophone Health Department, this streamlined process will deliver faster results and support our commitment to bilingualism, inclusivity, and high-quality care for Manitoba’s French-speaking community.

To send a testing request visit the Shared Health Francophone Health webpage or contact Shared Health Francophone Health for more information
